Standard Features

Flat Top II sets the standard for durability and is engineered for maximum reliability. The scale platform is constructed of 10" x 10 " square tubular steel beams instead of common I-beams, robotically welded to the deck plate. Hydrostatic load cells are used instead of common electronic cells, eliminating all vulnerable electronics from the scale platform. This powerful combination of design and technology results in extended scale life, long-term reliability, high accuracy, dramatically reduced maintenance and downtime, and the lowest cost of ownership in the scale industry.

Flat Top II

A superior steel deck, low profile truck scale, the Flat Top II is designed for the most demanding applications. Because it has no electronics beneath the platform, it is also the most reliable.

The heart of the Flat Top II is the Hydrostatic load cell. NTEP Certified for accuracy and performance, this cell is immune to the environmental factors that can easily destroy electronic load cells
